u r the only one that affects the way you feel about something. you can pick up a book one day and feel anxiety and pick it up another day and feel relaxation at it. the book is the exact same, the only thing different is you. you control how you feel and think about things. the things donβt control how you think about it then, you do. stop thinking of fear and negative things. when the situation applies, apply a positive feeling instead of anxiety which is a very unhealthy feeling, feel excitement at this unknown not fear. not anxiety. not intimidation. and most certainly not defeat.
